1. Cellography Exhibition Reception

Picture this: the photos on your cellphone featured and sold among the work of Nantucket’s best artists. The Artists Association of Nantucket welcomes and encourages photographs from the entire community in this two-part exhibition.
2. Figawi Race

With boats typically entering the basin between 2 – 4 P.M., you’ve got plenty of time to enjoy the first half of your Saturday before heading to Brant Point and catching the end of the sailing extravaganza that is the Figawi race! For more information, click here.

Cruise down Polpis Road to the Nantucket Shipwreck & Lifesaving Museum and enjoy their new all-sensory exhibits, fun for the whole family. And for the young visitors, they’ll have the unique opportunity to throw on some play diving equipment and explore a replica shipwreck!

6. Nantucket Ballet Presents: Alice in Wonderland

7. Aprés Beach Kick-Off Party

2:30 – 6:30 P.M. @ The White Elephant
Buck-a-shuck and live music and specialty drinks, oh my! Spend your Saturday afternoon lounging on the White Elephant lawn and enjoying the Figawi view while the talented team at the White Elephant take care of all your food + beverage needs.
Raise a glass to raising awareness at the Theatre Workshop’s 8th annual Lunafest. Held at the Sconset Casino, Lunafest is an evening of celebrating and supporting women through a series of highly acclaimed short films. Don’t forget to take a moment this weekend to honor those who gave their lives serving our country. Meet at the American Legion to catch a glimpse of Nantucket’s Memorial Day Parade before it winds its way through town to Prospect Hill Cemetery for a series of speakers and an observance.
