SeaGrille bartender Mark Smith shares his recipe for a Paper Plane.

The Paper Plane is a take on a retro-style cocktail with a modern touch (much like our new renovation at the SeaGrille). The color is amazing and the flavor profile is like no other bourbon drink that I’ve ever had. So refreshing and light. This is one of our most popular drinks. Cheers!

• 1 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon

• 1 oz Aperol

• 1 oz Amaro Nonino

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice

• Toss with crushed ice

• Garnish with an orange twist
